Frequently Asked Questions

How much does House of Sales cost?

The first month (which includes a one-time set-up fee of $250) is $3,000 CAD. Each subsequent month of the package is $2,750.


What is the timeframe for this package?

The minimum commitment for House of Sales contract is 3 months, but the contract can be extended for as long as you'd like.


What happens during the set-up phase? 

I collect your logins, brand assets, and your completed Brand Intake Form. I then run a small-scale Instagram Edit and begin funnel design immediately so we’re ready to go on the first of the month. 


Can I cancel anytime? 

Because each contract is treated with a high level of intentionality and care, the House of Sales package requires a three-month commitment so that we can really build, optimize, and measure your sales performance. After the minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice. 


Will you film/photograph for me? 

This package assumes that you have a pre-existing supply of assets and/or are willing to film/photograph your own materials based on my suggestions. If you want a regular, monthly on-site shoot, you are invited to add on the Asset Library Generation to your package for an additional $150/month. 


How hands-off is this package, really? 

Once your onboarding is complete, I build and manage the rest for you – no micromanaging necessary. The only commitment required from you is a monthly check-in to review your account’s performance and any upcoming events, sales, or promotional periods in your business. 


Can I still have input on the content if I want to? 

A key part of the onboarding process is providing as much detail as you can about your business so that I capture your business voice and tone accurately in your content strategy! Then, during our monthly check-ins, you’re always welcome to provide feedback on the posts as we review overall content performance and strategy for the coming month. 


How soon will I see results? 

This varies client to client and depends on your overall business structure, offers, and pre-existing brand presence. Most clients notice increased engagement and stronger brand presence in the first 2-3 months, which only compounds as we continue to optimize your content strategy and sales funnel.


Do you offer payment plans?

Payments are processed monthly in full via Stripe. Payment plans are not available for this package.
